Therapy for Women with ADHD Navigating Life Transitions
Virtual sessions for clients physically located in Massachusetts
What I Offer
I provide individual therapy for women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected - especially those living with ADHD and moving through big life changes like career shifts, motherhood, identity exploration, or healing from burnout.
Sessions are virtual, 50 minutes long, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
I offer:
Talk Therapy
Thoughtful, conversational sessions focused on helping you understand your patterns, regulate emotions, and make intentional change.
Art Therapy
Creative exploration using visual art (no experience needed!) to access parts of yourself that words sometimes can’t reach. A powerful option for processing emotions and increasing self awareness.
What Sessions Are Like
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and affirming. We’ll work together to:
Understand how your ADHD shows up in everyday life (and how to stop blaming yourself for it)
Untangle internalized shame and perfectionism
Navigate transitions with more clarity and self-compassion
Learn tools that work for your brain - not against it
Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we make art. Sometimes we just sit with what’s real. There’s no “right” way to heal - just your way, and I’m here to help you find it.
Session Info
Rates and Insurance
Frequency and Format
Sessions are held weekly, are 50 minutes long, and take place virtually for clients located in Massachusetts. I offer both talk therapy and art therapy, depending on your needs and preferences.
I accept insurance for Massachusetts-based clients and am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Point32 Healthcare. If you’d prefer to pay privately, my fee is $150 per session.
Not sure whether to use insurance or pay out of pocket? I’m happy to talk through your options during your consult.
Need a superbill? I can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement if you’re paying privately.
Is This For You?

Wondering About the Detials?
Which insurances do you accept?
I’m currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Point32 Healthcare. Coverage may vary depending on your plan, so I recommend checking with your provider to confirm your benefits.
What if I want to pay privately instead of using insurance?
No problem. Some clients prefer to not use insurance for privacy and flexibility reasons. My private pay rate is $150 per session, and I can provide superbills if you’d like to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
Where do you practice?
I’m licensed in Massachusetts and work exclusively with clients who are physically located in Massachusetts at the time of their sessions. All sessions are virtual.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with you?
Not at all. Many of my clients are self-identified or still exploring whether ADHD might be part of their experience.
What if I’ve never done art therapy before?
That’s totally okay. No art experience is necessary - just curiosity and a willingness to try something new. We’ll only use creative tools if and when it feels helpful to you.
