My work focuses on supporting women with ADHD who are navigating life transitions, burnout, identity shifts, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Sessions may include talk therapy, art therapy, or a blend of both - no artistic experience is required.

I accept insurance through Headway and also offer private pay sessions at $150 per 50-minute sessions. Payment and insurance details will be reviewed before sessions begin so there are no surprises.
