Does this sound familiar?

  • You’re constantly overwhelmed, but no-one seems to notice - because you hide it well.

  • Your mind races with ideas and to-dos, but getting started feels impossible.

  • You’re in the middle of a big life shift - career, motherhood, relationships - and you’re not sure who you are anymore.

  • You feel like you are “too much” and “not enough” all at once.

  • You’ve tried doing all the right things, but something still feels off.

  • You’re tired of the shame spiral, the self-criticism, and the mental load.

You’re not broken. Your brain just works differently - and it deserves support.

Therapy that honors your complexity - and helps you to move forward.

I offer talk therapy and art therapy for women with ADHD who are navigating transitions, big emotions, and tangled thoughts. Our work is collaborative, creative, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience.

Together we’ll work to quiet the noise, unpack old patterns, and build tools that actually work for your life - not someone else’s idea of how it “should” look.

Hi, I’m Lauren Blackerby.

A woman with curly brown hair, glasses, and a nose ring smiling in front of a green wall.

I’m a licensed mental health counselor and art therapist, licensed in Massachusetts, and I help women with ADHD who are navigating big life transitions to feel grounded, clear, and connected to themselves.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and often includes laughter - because therapy doesn’t have to be heavy, all the time. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, making space for the hard stuff and the human stuff (like overthinking your texts at 2 a.m. or forgetting where you put your coffee…again).

Whether we’re talking, making art, or sitting in thoughtful silence, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and a little more like yourself again.

Ready to take the next step? Here’s how we start.
